How to use:

Lady Bloom Powder:
Mix 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 g) once daily with water, juice, a smoothie, or your preferred food/drink. Consume as directed on the product packaging or usage pamphlet.

Hibiscus Tea:
Add approximately 1–2 teaspoons of dried Hibiscus Tea to a cup of hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain before drinking. Start with 1 cup daily and adjust according to your preference. 

Important: Hibiscus may lower blood pressure and may interact with certain medicines. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid hibiscus unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
